1、 Repair around furnace body
The common faults of brick furnace are mainly the local repair of heating body and masonry; The common faults of salt bath furnace are salt leakage and electric corrosion; The common faults of vacuum furnace are heating body damage and furnace body leakage. In view of common fault phenomena and causes, attention should be paid to the method, structure and material selection when building the furnace body.
1. Integral furnace building
When the general heat treatment resistance furnace is built as a whole, a slot for inserting bricks shall be left at the size of the high aluminum brick of the original heating body of the brick furnace. Daily repair is mainly to replace furnace wire, put bricks and furnace wire.
For the salt bath furnace fault - salt leakage and electric corrosion, the pouring method is used to solve the salt leakage of the furnace body; In view of the easy corrosion of the motor, the furnace body is poured into two parts, that is, the electric part is poured into a stepped block separately. After the electric corrosion, only the electric part needs to be removed and replaced.
2. Brick furnace mode
(1) Targeted repair shall be adopted, and attention shall be paid to the rear wall, side wall, furnace door arch, furnace arch top, etc. of the larger brick furnace. They shall not bite and crush each other. In this way, in case of local damage, there is no need to build the furnace as a whole, and the above parts can be repaired separately.
For example, the arch foot of the furnace does not have to be supported on the side wall, but can be supported on the arch foot beam of the steel structure on both sides of the furnace (see Fig. 1), so that the furnace wall is not subject to the force of the vault, which is good for both the furnace wall and the vault. However, considering the thermal expansion of arch foot beam, a gap shall be reserved. When laying vault bricks, the arch feet on both sides shall be laid symmetrically at the same time. The lock bricks of the arch crown shall not be cut, and the lock bricks shall be accurately distributed according to the center line of the arch crown.
